This website uses cookies. Here we explain which ones, what for, and how to manage them.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser when you visit a site. It allows the site to remember information about you between visits (for example, whether you already accepted the cookie notice).

Connection to Google Fonts

We load the "Inter", "Open Sans" and "EB Garamond" typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). This load does not set cookies in your browser, but it does involve a connection to Google servers that logs your IP address. If you prefer to avoid this connection, you can use the site with a blocker or disable web font loading in your browser.

Essential vs non-essential cookies

  • Essential: required for the site to function. Always active, no consent needed. In our case, only legatio_consent, which remembers your cookie choice.
  • Non-essential (analytics and marketing): activated only if you accept them in the consent banner.

Managing your consent

The first time you visit, a banner appears with two options: Accept or Reject. Your choice is stored in a technical cookie (legatio_consent) for 12 months.

You can change your mind at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

How to disable cookies from the browser

Beyond the banner, all browsers let you block or delete cookies from their settings:
